1. Service Requirements

The domains that you add to our system must be legitimate, managed by you, and not associated with any spam or scam-related activity.

It is required that all domains sending through our outbound email service have valid SPF and MX records in place.

We also strongly recommend implementing DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) to improve email authentication and deliverability.

Each email address is limited to sending a maximum of 400 outbound emails per hour. The creation of additional accounts to circumvent this limit is prohibited.

To protect the integrity of our services and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the following activities are forbidden:

3. Zero Spam Policy

Outgoing spam is strictly prohibited. All mailing lists must be double opt-in, meaning clients must sign up and verify their email address before being added to any mailing list. Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination. Intentional unsolicited marketing emails will be billed at a rate of £1 per email.

4. Violation Handling & Enforcement

We take abuse of our services seriously and reserve the right to act promptly to protect service integrity, system performance, and deliverability for all users.

4.1 Investigation and Action

If we detect, receive reports of, or suspect any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

We are under no obligation to warn users before suspending or terminating access when a clear violation occurs, particularly in cases involving spam, phishing, or abusive activity.

4.3 IP Filtering and Blocklisting

We reserve the right to block, throttle, or reroute traffic that negatively impacts our IP reputation, including traffic to specific domains, recipients, or regions.

4.4 Harassment or Abuse of Staff

Abusive or threatening language toward our staff, support team, or affiliates will result in immediate suspension or termination of services, without refund.

4.5 Fraud and Abuse Reporting

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity or repeated abuse may be reported to the FraudRecord database to help prevent further misuse.

4.6 No Refunds for Suspensions

Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds, regardless of remaining subscription time.
