I wanted to reach out regarding recent issues with email delivery from our billing portal. Due to a storage problem, some customers experienced delays in receiving emails. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The issue arose from logs that had not been properly rotated, resulting in the system becoming overloaded and emails not being processed in a timely manner. The problem has now been resolved.
