We are making some important changes to how we communicate with you, to ensure better customer service and protect the integrity of our email systems.
Retiring the noreply@ address
Previously, service emails were sent from an unmonitored noreply@ address. We noticed that many customers were replying to these emails without realising they weren't being monitored - meaning issues raised through those replies went unresolved.
Going forward, all service communications will come from monitored email addresses. Any replies or questions you send will reach our support team directly.
Email bounceback policy
We are also implementing a new policy around email bouncebacks. If emails to your registered address bounce back repeatedly, your account may be marked as inactive. This is necessary to maintain the integrity of our email relay system and prevent issues for other users.
If your account is marked inactive due to bounced emails, simply contact us once the issue is resolved and we'll reactivate it for you, although you may be required to purchase a new package if your service was terminated during de-activation.
