Cryptocurrency payments are temporarily unavailable.
Our processor, Coinbase, has repeatedly blocked our account demanding additional identity verification - despite our account being fully verified. We consider this practice unnecessary and invasive, and we are not willing to comply with repeated requests for biometric data when verification has already been completed and confirmed.
We are actively looking for an alternative cryptocurrency gateway and will restore crypto payments as soon as a suitable replacement is in place.
In the meantime, we continue to accept payments via:
- Credit & debit card (GBP, EUR)
- Bank Transfer (GBP)
- PayPal (GBP, EUR, USD)
We'll update this post and publish a new announcement as soon as cryptocurrency payments are back online. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
