At the end of 2025, we released a brand new documentation site at docs.onepound.email. Built using third-party software to generate static HTML files, it was a significant step up from the knowledgebase system hosted in our client portal - and we were proud of it.
But we're not stopping there.
Documentation, now built into the website
As part of the newly redesigned onepound.email, we're moving our documentation in-house. Our new docs are built directly into the website, so you'll get a consistent, familiar experience from the moment you land to the moment you find your answer - no jarring handoffs to a separate platform.
We are currently in the process of migrating and improving articles released last year, as well as adding brand new articles covering every aspect of the OnePoundEmail service in more depth than ever before.
Sunsetting the legacy knowledgebase
With the new documentation well underway, it's time to retire our legacy knowledgebase. On 1st April 2026, the following URL will no longer be accessible and all references to it will be removed:

By that date, we are confident the new documentation will cover all previously included topics - and a great deal more - in a cleaner, easier-to-navigate format.
Video articles
We'd also like to continue the video articles that featured in the legacy knowledgebase. As part of this, we'll be looking to incorporate video content directly into the new docs going forward.
