We are writing to inform you about an invoice delivery issue that some users experienced last year, and which reoccurred this year due to a caching error in our system. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
This issue has now been permanently resolved. A comprehensive fix has been implemented to prevent it from happening again. As a side effect of the fix, some users may have received bulk emails containing PDF copies of their paid and unpaid invoices - please disregard any duplicates.
Rest assured that all invoices are accurate and correctly reflect your account activity.
