We are retiring the old portal.onepoundemail.co.uk hostname. Going forward, the client portal will only be accessible at my.onepoundemail.co.uk and my.onepound.email
The portal address has been around since the early days of OnePoundEmail and has been pointing to the same place as my for some time now. We are tidying this up and removing the old hostname to keep things simple and consistent.
If you have portal.onepoundemail.co.uk bookmarked or saved anywhere, please update it to:
Everything else remains the same - your login details, invoices, support tickets, and services are all unaffected.
