As a sole trader, there have been some challenges operating support recently. In this post I want to address the changes being implemented to improve things.
- Discord Our Discord server is no longer available due to abuse and lack of activity.
- Live Chat Live chat has been removed due to lack of activity, security and privacy concerns.
- Ticket Support We are working on adding a new support operator to handle tickets.
Things should be improving over the coming weeks and months - support response rates will also improve. In the background I will be investing my time and capital into improving the brand, expanding services, infrastructure, and more.
